Fixed

Its main components are: shell, rotor slide plate (separator blade), round (or oval) cylinder, eccentric, wheel, exhaust valve, spring, etc. The rolling rotor type high and low temperature humidity and heat test equipment also needs to use the compressor cylinder immersed in the lubricating oil of the shaft sleeve. An eccentric wheel is installed in the cylinder, and a rotatable rotor is set on the eccentric wheel. The rotor and the cylinder are in contact with each other. When the main shaft rotates, the rotor rolls against the inner wall of the cylinder to make eccentric movement.

The sliding plate which can slide freely is installed in the transverse groove of the cylinder block. Under the action of spring force, the end of the sliding plate is always close to the surface of the rotor and can move back and forth with the movement of the rotor. The cylinder blocks on both sides of the slide plate are provided with suction ports (yuan suction reading) and exhaust ports (with exhaust valves), and the upper space between the cylinder and the outer light is filled with high-pressure gas.

Because one side of the rotor always contacts with the cylinder wall to form a sealing line, a crescent shaped working chamber is formed between the rotor and the cylinder. The sliding plate divides it into two parts: the suction chamber and the exhaust chamber. The volume of these two sealing cavities changes with the rotation of the eccentric wheel.
