The performance of the compressor will directly affect the overall performance of the compressor; however, since the fully enclosed compressor is installed in the same sealed shell, it contacts with refrigerant and lubricating oil for a long time, and works under certain pressure and high temperature. Therefore, the electrical components and chemical properties of the compressor are required to be different from those of the general compressor, and the technical requirements are as follows.
1. Resistant to refrigerant and lubricating oil:
Because the compressor insulation material is surrounded by refrigerant and immersed in lubricating oil, and most of them are organic polymer materials, such as insulating paint and carton The insulation paint film and binding line of electromagnetic wire, and the refrigerant itself has certain characteristics of organic solvent, so the insulation material of compressor is easy to expand, fall off or soften when immersed in refrigerant and lubricating oil at high temperature, resulting in the damage of insulation performance.
In order to make the compressor insulation material have the chemical stability of all refrigerants and lubricants, the compressor insulation paper and binding line are generally made of poly (vinyl acetate) film, green shell paper, etc. Steel sheet paper can also be used for groove die.
The electromagnetic conductor is made of QZ polyacetic acid or QF Freon resistant rod instead of QQ type shrinkable enameled wire. Polyacetic acid enameled wire or QF Freon resistant rod wire can not be used.
2. Vibration and shock resistance:
The compressor is affected by the electromagnetic force generated by starting current, the impact of refrigerant entering the shell, the thermal shock caused by rapid evaporation when starting, the mechanical shock and load change impact during starting and stopping.
The impact of mechanical and electromagnetic forces will cause mutual friction and repulsive impact between the insulation wires of compressor winding, destroy the insulation film and filling layer, and cause short circuit and burn out the circuit.
When the winding is tightly packed, the insulation of the winding will be tightly packed to prevent the insulation from being damaged.
