Verification steps of low temperature / low pressure / damp heat integrated sequential test equipment

1、 Verification steps:
Within the adjustable range of equipment temperature, the limit nominal temperature or the representative nominal temperature point specified in GB 2423.181 "basic environmental test procedures for electrical and electronic products test a: low temperature test method" shall be taken as the verification temperature. During the cooling of the equipment, record the temperature value of the indication point every 5min. Refer to table A1 of Appendix A (reference part) for test record.
When the temperature of the indication point drops to the low temperature setting value, it is stable for 1 h, and then the temperature error of the working space of the equipment is tested. During the test, the temperature values of all points shall be calculated every 2min, and 15 times shall be tested within 30 min. the test record sheet shall refer to table A2 of Appendix A (reference parts).
1.1 cooling rate:
The following formula is used to calculate the half average cooling rate in every 5min
In the formula: VR -- the rate of reducing blast in Kejun, ℃ / min;
T -- temperature difference every 5 min, ℃.
2. Temperature error:
The temperature value of each test point shall be corrected according to the correction value of the test instrument, and the corrected test data shall be analyzed. The maximum positive and negative deviation from the nominal temperature shall be the temperature error of the equipment at the nominal temperature. The verification results shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2423.27.
3. Verification method of pressure drop rate and air pressure error:
3.1 the test shall be conducted under the load specified in GB 5170.1 (or other provisions of relevant standards).
3.2 the test point is the pressure taking point of the equipment
