Verification steps of low temperature / low pressure / damp heat integrated sequential test equipment (Part 2)

2、 Verification steps:
Maintain the verification low temperature conditions specified in 3.1.3 of this standard, select the limit nominal pressure within the adjustable range of low pressure of equipment, or test according to GB 2423.21-81 "basic environmental test procedures for electrical and electronic products" : the representative nominal air pressure specified in "low pressure test method" is used as the verification value. During the depressurization process of the equipment, the time from normal atmospheric pressure to calibrated low pressure is recorded.
When the air pressure at the indication point drops to the low-pressure set value, stabilize for 30 min, and then test the air pressure in the working space of the equipment. During the test, record the air pressure value every 2 min, and test 15 times in 30 min. refer to table A3 in Appendix A (Reference).
1. Data processing and result analysis:
1.1 the rate of depressurization is calculated as follows:
Where: VP -- half average change rate of depressurization;
Po -- atmospheric pressure, kPa;
P -- calibration pressure, kPa;
IP -- depressurization time, MI n.
2. Air pressure error:
The air pressure value at the indication point is corrected according to the test instrument, temperature and gravity correction value, and the maximum positive and negative deviation from the nominal pressure is determined as the air pressure error of the equipment at the nominal pressure.
The verification results shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2423.27.
3. Verification method of heating time, pressure rise time and heating rate:
3.1 the test shall be carried out under the load specified in GB 5170.1 (or other provisions of relevant standards).
3.2 there are two temperature test points, one temperature sensor is located at the geometric center of the equipment, the other surface temperature sensor is located on the load surface, and the air pressure test point is the pressure taking point of the equipment.
4. Verification steps and result analysis:
Maintain the low pressure condition specified in 3.2.3 of this standard to make the working space temperature of the equipment rise evenly. When the temperature rises to 30 ℃ or indoor temperature (whichever is higher), record the time when the temperature of the indication point rises from the low temperature of verification to the set temperature, as the heating time of the equipment.
While indicating the temperature rise of LT, observe the frosting on the load surface. Pay attention to record the temperature of the load surface. When the temperature of the load surface reaches 0 ~ 5 ℃ and the surface begins to defrost, make the air pressure in the working space of the equipment rise to normal atmospheric pressure at a roughly uniform speed. Record the time / P when the pressure at the pointing point rises from the verification low pressure to the normal atmospheric pressure as the pressure rise time of the equipment.
The verification results shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2423.27.
5. Verification method of temperature and relative temperature:
5.1 the test shall be carried out under the load specified in GB 5170.1 (or other provisions of relevant standards).
5.2 the temperature test points are the center points of several directions of the equipment.
6. Verification steps and result analysis:
When the air pressure at the indication point rises to normal atmospheric pressure, the temperature at the indication point rises to 30 ° or the indoor temperature (whichever is higher) for 1 h. The indication shall be recorded every 5 min and the condensation on the load shall be observed at the same time. The verification results shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2423.27.
7. Wind speed gun setting method:
7.1 the test is conducted under no-load and indoor conditions.
7.2 test quantity and location
According to the volume of the equipment, the number and location of wind speed test points are the same as those of temperature test points.
3、 Verification steps:
Test the anemometer (test the wind speed at each point along what direction, and take the maximum value as the wind speed of each test point. Refer to table A4 in Appendix A (reference parts) for test records.

The following formula is used to calculate the average wind speed in the equipment workshop:

The verification results shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2423.1.
