General problems and corresponding solutions of temperature sensor shared by navigation instruments
March 14, 2017 source: navigation instruments Author: Editor

Now the temperature sensor technology has been very mature, very common in various factories, the temperature sensor is often used with some instruments (such as rubber ozone aging resistance test chamber), there are often some small failures in the process of supporting use. Therefore, several common problems and solutions are listed
1. When the temperature of the measured medium increases or decreases, the output of the transmitter does not change. This situation is mostly due to the sealing problem of the temperature sensor. It may be due to that the temperature sensor is not well sealed or a small hole is accidentally welded to the sensor during welding. This situation generally needs to be solved by replacing the sensor shell.
2. The output signal is unstable, which is the reason of the temperature source ability. The temperature source is an unstable temperature. If the instrument display is unstable, it is the reason why the anti-interference ability of the instrument is not strong.
3. The output error of the transmitter is large, and there are many reasons for this situation. It may be that the resistance wire of the selected temperature sensor is not correct, which leads to the error of measuring range, or it can be that the sensor is not calibrated well when it leaves the factory.
Warm reminder: at present, more and more temperature sensors are used in different fields, and some problems will inevitably appear in the process of using. Generally speaking, the temperature sensor failure is very rare, as long as the factory carefully tested, these conditions can be avoided. Therefore, the temperature sensor should be inspected at one place when leaving the factory. Customers can also ask the sensor manufacturer for the factory test report for reference.
